East Bay Heritage Quilters looks forward to your participation at Voices in Cloth 2022!


Application Process:  


Application and deposit are due (first come basis) by or before:  November 1, 2021

  • Submit your application online - you will receive a copy of your application by email
  • A deposit of $50 is due at the time of your application and will be applied to your total booth cost
  • Reserve Booth size and optional end cap 
  • EBHQ will review your application and email acceptance no later than September 21, 2021 and November 15, 2021
  • Payment in full is due December 15, 2021 
  • Consider joining EBHQ as an *affiliate member to receive discounts here 
  • By submitting your application you agree to all terms and conditions as stated on the Rules and Regulations page.

Booth Options:


There are a limited number of single and double end caps [aisle spaces], consider applying early if you would like one.

 Single - 10' x 10'     $   465   - $25
 Double - 10' x 20'     $   915   - $50
 Triple - 10' x 30'     $1,365   - $75
 Single end cap addition to above   + $   100  
 Double end cap addition (w/double booth only)   + $   200  


The Voices in Cloth Vendor Committee will assign space as equitably as possible.  To assist in this we ask you to describe all items for display or sale so we can minimize the duplicate specialty items.  In certain cases, we may ask that you not bring particular items to the Show.
