APPLICATION FOR MERCHANT SPACE 2020

In accordance with the Rules and Regulations, I (we) agree to abide by and I (we) hereby apply for booth space in the Voices in Cloth Quilt Show to be held at the Craneway Pavilion, Richmond, CA.  

The Voices in Cloth Vendor Committee reserves the right to assign space as equitably as possible.  Please describe all items for display or sale.  We want this event to be successful for you, so we will not duplicate specialty items.  Therefore, we may ask that you not bring certain items to the Show.

 Single - 10' x 10'  $   465   - $25
 Double - 10' x 20'  $   915   - $50
 Triple - 10' x 30'  $1,365   - $75
 Single end cap addition to above (sold out)  $   100  
 Double end cap addition (w/double booth only) (sold out)  $   200  


Please note - There will be a limited number of single and double end caps (aisle spaces).

Application Process:   Application due date (first come basis) by or before:  September 15, 2019

  • Submit application online - you will receive a copy of your application by email  
  • Payment in full for the total rental space is due with your application for the Show (unless other arrangements have been made).
