28 & 29   Ragged Thistle It is one of my great joys as a textile artist to bring creativity and beauty into the clothing of daily life.  My designs are a fusion of coastal bohemian charm and contemporary function with attention to resource conservation and textile reconstruction.  My designs are made with new as well as vintage textiles coupled with post consumer clothing components, trims, and findings.
Great attention to texture, color, and design detail is given to each piece.
Due to the nature of the raw materials used, many of the garments are one of a kind while still maintaining overall continuity and design integration.
Currently I am exhibiting dresses, tunics, skirts, vests, jackets, slips, and pants. All garments are designed, cut, and sewn in our studio in California.
3Turning Leaf Handmade From 45 different varieties of fresh fruit and vegetables I make translucent vessels , jewelry ( necklaces, cuffs and earrings,) and functional food-safe glass serveware . The intricate botanical structures and bright jewel-like colors unique to each fruit and vegetable are forever preserved in this work . All natural colors, and no toxics are ever used.
